2 hours out of NYC and yet a world away...
Join me at the picturesque The Kaaterskill Farm for a long weekend of yoga, meditation, nature and relaxation. Weekends at The Kaaterskill have over the years become some of my most favorite memories and happiest places to teach and share stories with you all and I am thrilled to have them become safe again. Taking all health precautions to ensure you all feel absolutely safe, this weekend should be full of fresh air, belly laughs and lifelong memories.
With recognition to the ongoing pandemic, the following measures will be taken:
1. Private property- THERE WILL NOT BE ANY OTHER GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY! The entire property will be ours for the weekend and the highest degree of cleaning procedures will be taken prior to our arrival.
2. Socially distanced and open air practices. The beautiful practice space on the property is weather protected, but supports a minimum of 6 feet distance between mats and is fully open air!
3. Weather permitting meals outdoors. While I can not control the weather, I am hoping all meals will be enjoyed in the beautiful mountain air! In the event of indoor dining, the kitchen has 2 sets of sliding glass doors that will be fully opened to keep air circulation.
4. All rooms are private (1-3 people traveling together) and come with private en suite baths and balconies.
5. Signed health checks within 48 hours of arrival ensuring no Covid19 exposure or symptoms.
