Let's escape to the great outdoors! Join Jenna Morris and Dharamsala TC in the rustic wilderness of Montana where the stunning backdrop of mountain peaks and rivers paint your viewpoint from anywhere on the ranch.
B Bar Ranch is the ideal setting to experience the real Montana. About 90 minutes south of Bozeman and neighboring Yellowstone National Park, this former dude ranch has grown into a retreat center and working cattle ranch that brings nature right to your doorstep. A popular venue for grizzly sightings, this sacred land is also home to elk, deer, moose, black bear, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, and many other small mammals that roam the 9,000-acre ranch.
B Bar Ranch is nestled in Tom Minor Basin, or Paradise Valley, and is known for its quintessential Montana backdrop, unique wildlife, and proximity to the famed Yellowstone. The ranch itself will serve as a tranquil setting for daily yoga, nature walks and hiking, and an unforgettable experience that tethers you to the generosity of the land and its people. With the addition of adventurous excursions like horseback riding and learning how to fly fish, ranch-to-table meals curated to our group's tastes, and cozy accommodations meant to usher you into a total state of relaxation, this retreat is the perfect blend of nature, movement, connection, and exploration.
*This retreat has a firm cap of 15 people. Don't delay your booking!
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is needed to secure your spot.
The balance of your trip can be paid in full or can be paid in two additional payments: on April 5, 2024 and July 16, 2024. Tailored payment plans are available upon request.
In the unfortunate event you need to cancel your trip:
Your $500 deposit is non-refundable.
Due to the required payment structure of the ranch, if you cancel between April 16, 2024 and June 16, 2024, we will only be able to issue a refund if we sell your spot on the retreat (less the non-refundable $500 deposit).
Should you cancel on or after June 16, 2024, we are unable to offer any refunds.
Our cancellation policy includes illnesses (including Covid), emergencies and any unforeseen circumstances. A travel insurance policy, including trip cancellation and interruption, baggage, accident, emergency assistance and medical assistance is recommended. We strongly encourage you to protect yourself and buy travel insurance.
In the highly unlikely event that the ranch or Jenna needs to cancel the trip, all payments, including the deposit, will be promptly refunded to you.
What if I am new-ish to yoga (or hiking, horseback riding, etc)?
All levels are welcome. It's my goal as a teacher and group leader to make everyone feel successful and included. We will accommodate all levels and goals throughout the trip. This is how you grow!
What if I don't want to participate in some of the activities/excursions?
You certainly don't have to! Everything is optional and your time can be spent how you wish.
If I don't participate in an activity, can I receive a discount?
Unfortunately not. The activities are bundled into the overall cost for each individual.
Staying at a ranch, I imagine there is a lot of meat on the menu. Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
They sure can! While the ranch will be promoting their beef, they recognize that they are catering to a group of yogis and will curate the menu to our group's specific needs.
When will people arrive and depart? What is the transfer situation like?
Most guests will fly in on the 16th. Because it is a small ranch and a 90min drive from Bozeman, we will only be able to accommodate one transfer time on both arrival and departure days. A shuttle will depart the evening of the 16th around 7pm from Bozeman (location TBD). We encourage everyone, for sake of ease, to arrive in time for that shuttle. Pending the group's departure times, we recommend a later afternoon departure on the 21st to allow for transfer time, however, we will leave in time for the first person's flight (time TBD).
The cost of the shuttle is separate and will be determined based on the amount of guests on the trip. We estimate it will cost around $200-$250/person round trip.
Is this trip right for me?
We know that group travel can be intimidating, however, most people drawn to a trip like this are of like minds. If you enjoy a blend of relaxation, nature, activity, exploration, good food, and connecting to yourself and others, then this trip is right for you! While you can spend your time as you wish, this trip is likely not right for you if you are averse to the outdoors, are recovering from a severe injury, or would prefer a lot of seclusion.
