Wild Women by Design is a fresh take on a transformational retreat by adding virtual wraparound support. Dive deep into the core of your being and uncover your true wild essence.

Whether you’re re-emerging from your Saturn return, are in the throes of motherhood, (peri)menopause, have just sent a child off to high school or college, are ready for the next chapter in your relationships or need to redefine your career,  Wild Women by Design will help you step into what’s next.

Over the course of 5 months, you and a group of fellow wild women will gather for bi-weekly virtual sessions, followed by a 6-day immersive retreat in the most amazing, luxurious jungle location in Costa Rica, completed by more bi-weekly virtual sessions to fully integrate all that you learn back into day-to-day life.

Midway through our journey, we retreat for 6 days to a serene natural setting in Costa Rica, allowing the wild landscapes to mirror the wildness within. Since we will be the only group occupying the retreat center during our time there, expect an intimate experience to forge deep & authentic bonds with like-minded women on similar paths of self-discovery and growth. Experience immersive workshops and rituals (for example cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance, clay ritual and waterfall trip) that integrate and expand upon the teachings from virtual sessions. If you’re a (midlife) maven curious or already captivated, by Human Design, the wisdom of the Elements, and the nature of cycles in your life and you are ready to actively experiment, learn, and play with these tools to help lead you back to who you came here to be, then join us for this 5-month wraparound retreat experience: Wild Women by Design. 

Whether you are in your 30s (and have come through your first Saturn return) and are hoping to discover a more embodied sense of self or approaching your 60s with a longing to establish your newfound postmenopausal self, or somewhere in the middle, still riding the waves, this immersive and supportive wraparound experience is exactly what you need.

Punctuated in the middle by a 6 day retreat in the sacred landscape of Dominical, Costa Rica, this empowering adventure offers true support before and after we come together to ensure that you reclaim the wild woman within.

Do I need to have a knowledge base of Human Design, Elements, Yoga or Gene Keys?

No, we are here to guide, support and educate you on all of these topics and more throughout our 5 months together. 

What if I miss or am unable to attend a LIVE training session?

No worries we got you covered. We will record each session and share a link with you to review it at your convenience. The main content will be here for you, however It is highly advised to attend LIVE when possible as group interactions cannot be replicated in the recordings.

What are the accommodation options? Imiloa is situated in the heart of the Jungle overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Dominical Costa Rica. When booking you may choose between handcrafted Bali homes & suites, open air Jungle Bungalows and Geodesic River Domes. Scroll down to view images of each of the room styles to select the one that resonates with your soul.

What is the food like?  It is Exquisite! You will feast on 3 gourmet plant-based meals per day and all snacks are included as well. For those who cannot do without a caffeine rush, there is an espresso and coffee machine along with availability of fruit smoothies.

What if I have food allergies?  Just inform us through the intake form upon registering and we will notify the chef to make plans to accommodate any allergies you may have.

Do I need to come with someone?  No. This is a great trip to do solo as a special gift to yourself. You will forge so many new bonds during this journey. We can even pair you up with a roommate based on your human design chart compatibility. If you are attending with someone please specify whom you are attending with on the intake form and we will ensure you are paired together to create ever-lasting memories.

Why is this venue special when compared to other retreats?  Imiloa is indeed, a special place. The work we have to do is special work. You are on a special journey. We chose Imiloa because in their words, it's a place where, "the magic of exploration meets the heart of transformation as you reconnect with nature and yourself. When you arrive at Imiloa, you quickly recognize that it's not just a place, It's the feeling of community, support, nourishment and love and it lives within all of us who have been touched by it."

Is there wheelchair access?  Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access or transportation within the property due to the fact that it is in the mountains, so if you have any mobility issues, this may not be for you. 

Do I have to pay it all at once?  No you do not. Your payments can be paid in full or split into 4 instalments. All payments must be completed by January 2025. You can select your preference at checkout. Full payments will be given an Akashic Records Reading as a bonus.

Why do we need to arrive a day early & stay overnight in San Jose? Our retreat experience begins together on March 29th where we all travel together in a private plane to our Imiloa oasis. The plane leaves early in the morning, so arrival in San Jose the day before will ensure that everyone leaves together and we can maximize our time on retreat. You will have already met other participants online, so it will be exciting to start connecting on Friday evening!

This is non-refundable wraparound experience. Upon booking, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. All payments must be completed by January 11th, 2025. Travel insurance is highly recommended so that you are covered should anything happen. Imiloa has a partnership with http://www.globalrescue.com/imiloa for  global rescue and travel insurance.
