We're thrilled to be hosting a retreat in Heather's home away from home, the beautiful Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. Expect a week of deep practices, relaxing beach days, incredible surf and as much time as you need for quiet or connection. We've fully reserved one of the most thoughtful, family owned, beachfront boutique hotels in Santa Teresa because we know that this special place will be the most perfect backdrop to a week of breath, core and connection on every level. We can't wait to host you on your week of winter bliss.
Our Accommodations
Experience barefoot luxury in a tropical beach town in the secluded North Santa Teresa of Costa Rica. We've reserved an entire incredible boutique hotel situated on a sparkling beachfront, only a five-minute walk from one of the most sought-after surf breaks in the world.

Cancellation Policy & Terms
Deposits secure your spot and are non refundable. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, or for arriving late or leaving early. Thanks for understanding.
Travel & Flights
The easiest way to travel to Santa Teresa from the US is by flying to San Jose's, Juan Santamaría International Airport. From San Jose there are small planes that fly to Cobano (a 30 minute flight). Book these flights via Sansa Airlines or Green Airways.
