Food

The Land’s kitchen experience is quite unique. The food is not only well composed, simple and elegant, but there is an ethos in the kitchen that permeates throughout each step of the experience, from the farming of the produce, to the preparation, service and presentation of the meals. Their meals are clean and simple with nothing extra to bring out the life of each ingredient so that you can taste the cool sweet crispness of lettuce, the fresh tenderness of salmon, and the earthy, nutty flavor of the grains. You can feel and taste the love that comes through the kitchen to the table to your body. You’re not just eating food; you’re eating love, and love is the ingredient that truly nourishes.

Such a great time! So fun hanging out with fellow women engineers and entrepreneurs. Wonderful food, refreshing Yoga sessions, breath taking views of the Redwood trees, waking up to the chirping of the birds, I had such a relaxing time.
