About this trip

Cross the threshold from the distractions of life into space and time to reconnect with your true nature. Join this lovely circle in which wonder and awe, stillness and movement, curiosity and insight weave nourishing space for rest, transformation, and revival!! Where all invitations remind us to listen to our inner voice and follow our body radar as we align with the call of the heart.

This retreat is for women caregivers & tenders (therapists, nurses, body workers, healers, teachers, caregivers, earth tenders, mothers, etc) and any young babe in arms (6 months or under) who desire a space to feel nurtured and supported. The intention of this retreat is to provide sacred space and wisdom practices as we turn our attention inward, forging community in shared devotion to self. This container held by women, nature, wisdom, and spirit is designed to imbue the revival of self-love and replenishment of the soul.

Hop in that car for a leisurely drive-listening to that podcast or album you've been wanting to get to or relish in the quiet that may be a rare commodity. Wake to the morning bell in the distance signaling that a hot breakfast is ready for you, followed by a hot lunch and dinner...none of which you have had to meal plan for or cook. Gather with other women dressed in all things comfy with journals and cups of coffee or tea in hand to embark on days filled with sweet offerings and invitations to deepen connection and come closer home to yourself.

Stroll the trails, walk the labyrinth, relax in the wood burning sauna, nap, get lost in the delightfully curated gift and book shop, create in the stocked artists studio during your free time. The Christine Center holds a very special magic...once you're here, you'll feel it too.

As a participating guide, I bring forth offerings of ceremonial circle and kinship with nature as a pathway to Self. The co-creation of community is at the heart of this retreat. It is a genuine pleasure to be joined by the wisdom and presence of fellow participating guides who have stepped forward to offer their gifts:

Jenny Hayes: Listen, Walk, Weave (Nature Immersion)

Krista Pfohl: Find your Center, Awaken your Heart (Sound Bath Meditation)

Amy Plum: Reflections on your Reflection: Accessing the Inner World (Art Immersion)

Lisa Tennant: Essentrics: Slow down, Stretch, Strengthen (Mindful Movement)

Jenny Hayes is a somatic psychotherapist, eco-therapist, and student of spiritual wisdom practices. She believes in the authenticity of self that can be remembered and cultivated in community with fellow self explorers. She can often be found wandering the woods, singing from her heart, and seeking awe and wonder in the little-big things. She cherishes time spent connecting with her husband and sons, brunching with friends, book groups, laughter, cooking while listening to 90's R & B or Dolly Parton, dancing, writing, and gardening.

I did not participate in the Women's Revival retreat ~ I was onsite providing massage therapy for the group at the Christine Center for the 3rd year in a row. I'd recommend this retreat in a heartbeat...Jenny Hayes brings together so many beautiful offerings for the uplifting, restorative and soul-nourishing retreat. And it couldn't take place in a better setting than the Christine Center where you are surrounded by nature and supported by wonderful staff and volunteers + fed healthy nourishing meals. The women in the retreat had so many positive things to say about the weekend. Just being there was uplifting for me.

Our hosts ensured that the retreat was a very cozy and calm environment. The invitation to the various activities provided opportunities to be introspective--as well as--create community with others. I have been to several retreats with these hosts and at this venue and each one of them has been an invaluable experience. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to do some self reflection and connect with nature in a meaningful and intentional way.

Such an absolute delight of a weekend! Thank you for the opportunity of anchoring and being present and nurtured.

Women's Revival revived me! It was so lovely to spend time together both in community and in individual reflection, and I so appreciated the care and thoughtfulness that Jenny brought to the weekend. Her offerings allowed for both inner and outer exploration, and a deepening of our experience. Thank you!
