Each meal was a testament to the creativity and skill of the chefs, and every plate was like artwork. In addition, it was an opportunity to veer off the routine of caffeine and dairy. However, the true highlight of the retreat was the community of wonderful women that Lily gathered. Her soulful approach to yoga teaching was profound, gently guiding us through practices that fostered deep connection and self-discovery. The heart practices Lily introduced opened us up, allowing us to embrace growth and healing in amazing ways. Additionally, the musical talents of Malka Russel added a heavenly dimension to the retreat. Her performances were beyond exquisite, creating an atmosphere of pure bliss and serenity. The Great Return to Love Retreat is more than an experience—it is a homecoming. Nestled in an eco-luxurious jungle sanctuary, we surrendered to the medicine of Pachamama, allowing her to cradle us as we journeyed back to our hearts. Lily and Malka are extraordinary facilitators—guiding with wisdom, devotion, and an open-hearted presence that invites each woman to reclaim her wholeness. Through Lily’s powerful yet graceful leadership, we were met with compassion in every moment. I left this retreat with a heart wide open, feeling more connected—to myself, to my sisters, and to the infinite love that holds us all.

Lily is the perfect name for this beautiful woman and everything she creates with love, tenderness, and so much heart. I have now experienced two of Lily's all women retreats -- the Queendom Retreat in January 2024 in Mexico and the Wild Heart Weekend in August 2024 in Colorado. I had a sense, but really no idea -- though Lily has, of course -- the healing power of a gathering of women. Smart, beautiful, vulnerable women coming together in a perfect container, the venues of Lily's choosing -- Equillibrium in Cabo Corrientes, MX and Deer Hill in Mancos, CO -- that held us so sweetly, as we created space for and held one another. Truly. Hugging, touching, kissing, laughing and loving -- for three magical days. The other presenters shared their gifts, too, starting with a blessing of the land, sweet song circles, embodied and expressive flow yoga, sacred breath and cacao ceremonies, spiritual eros, wild weed and textile dying with flowers workshops, crystal bowl sound baths, and the most incredible Deep Feast where we fed one another small bites of love. Hannah's wonderful meals also left me feeling so nourished, with an awakened heart, and so grateful to know Lily and receive the gifts she shares -- with love, gentle grace and joy -- with all of us. I have a healer friend (synchronistically with a similar name Awakened Heart Project, no surprise!) who when she invites me to join her for workshops there is no other answer than, "YES!" I do the same now with Lily. Say "YES" to yourself and to any of Lily's Awakened Heart offerings. All it takes is to arrive with a little bit of courage and an open heart and you'll leave with a renewed sense of possibility, new awakenings, a new incredibly supportive sisterhood, satiated and full of wonder, truly believing that all you need is within you!
