Are you a busy woman who feels like she is being pulled in many different directions? Family, career, friends...life?
It's time to focus on YOU.
On May 14-18, 2020, join us in beautiful Northwest Montana at the Dancing Spirit Ranch for an all-inclusive wellness retreat designed to help you relax and recharge.
We know how it is to be busy, needed, and constantly striving to do more. You give so much to others -your work, family, friends- that sometimes you feel depleted. You know you need to invest in yourself but aren't sure where to start.
We designed this retreat so that you can find the time and solitude to focus on YOU. Because sometimes you have to actually get away from your day-to-day to be able to get out of your head. Sometimes far away, like hop on a plane for a few hours away.
We put in 110% every day. We are exhausted by 8pm. We keep meaning to find time for ourselves but it seems to always get eaten up by something else - waiting for the cable people to show, birthday parties, unexpected doctors appointments. We know that if we don't do something for US (soon!) we aren't going to have the energy to devote to the people we love and the careers we thrive in.
Drastic measures have to be taken sometimes. Now is the time.
Spend 5 days in May surrounded by other amazing women who know what it's like. Come alone or sign up with a friend. Either way, you will leave with a new community, a renewed outlook on life, and all the benefits of lots of fresh mountain air.
When planning this retreat we sat back and thought - ok, what does our dream self-care weekend look like?

Join us and other busy, amazing women next May in beautiful Dancing Spirit Ranch overlooking Glacier National Park in Northwest Montana.
The Dancing Spirit Ranch describes itself as:
"A peaceful yet dynamic place of conscious co-creation between man and nature. Where the earth, the elements and the natural cycles of life are given center stage in the incredible beauty of Montana. A meeting place of ancient tradition and new wisdom, we celebrate the animals and winged ones who share this land and sky, as well as the voices of the trees, the stones, the mountains and the stars. We also celebrate your voice...for in the stillness, splendor and simplicity that one can experience here, you can begin to feel the rhythm of your own heart while breathing deeply in connection with nature. With space to listen, you can start to hear and ultimately share the quiet voice that has often been silenced in our rushing world."
(Doesn't that sound incredible?)
