Hello Family and Friends by now we have been through two years of presenting The WORC Series to you all and to celebrate, we'd like to officially invite you to the WORC Series Reunion and Retreat in Punta Cana at Royalton CHIC Resort. This is your official invitation for anyone that has attended The WORC Series events future, present or past, or you're just an awesome person that needs to get away with a bunch of great like minded people.
We are very excited about this trip to provide a kickback and reflection on a hard season of being in the trenches of being a group home owner. We all know how hard it is to manage and work at group homes, so we just wanted to get in vacation mode and celebrate all of our family and friends achievements together.
Enclosed is a list of activities and plans that we have set aside (tentatively) to enjoy ourselves and to life it up to the fullest on this special vacation. Feel free to bring whoever you'd like to celebrate life with as this event is not limited to group home owners and WORC Series attendees. See you all soon!!

About Diamond Club™:
Diamond Club™ rooms are in buildings 1, 2 and 3 — prime rooms closest to the beach and in front of the pool. Those seeking a relaxing aquatic experience are encouraged to book these rooms!
To safeguard the health and safety of resort employees and guests, guest/staff personal interactions are limited and the resort has introduced a new, temporary 24-hour virtual butler/agent service through phone to Diamond Club services.
Service Fees

IMPORTANT NOTES
All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable and FINAL.
A payment installment plan is available. You may also pay your balance in full at anytime during your payment cycle.
Payment Installment Plan: If one payment is missed, your registration will be automatically cancelled (after the grace period) and a reinstatement fee ($250) will apply in order to resume your trip. Additionally, you the total balance is not made by the final payment date, all reservations will be forfeited.
Late Payments: A 7-day grace period after scheduled due dates will be allowed with no penalty (except for the final payment). Reservation cancellation and forfeiture of all payments will occur afterwards.
If you choose the payment plan, you will receive monthly notices prior to when your payment is due. Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due Date, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 3 weeks prior to travel.
SBE requires acknowledgement of our Terms and Conditions and Invoicing Policies during registration.
You can log-in to your payment invoice to view your account 24-hours a day. Additionally, you can pay on your invoice at ANY TIME throughout the billing cycle.

Very Important!!
When selecting your room, please make sure to change the participant number based on the occupancy level being booked/paid on the same booking.
For example, if you are booking/paying with one card for double occupancy you'll select 2. This allows for the room total to be properly calculated.
If you are booking double occupancy but paying sepeartely, leave the occupancy number at 1 and list your roommates name. Please note that your room will not be booked until both parties have submitted deposits.
TRAVEL INTERRUPTION
SBE highly recommends that every traveler purchase travel insurance. Trip insurance will be the only way to redeem a portion of your unused travel if a situation occurs in which you cannot travel. Travel Insurance is an additional cost. Any questions regarding policies and coverage should be directed to the Travel Insurance Company. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellation and Refunds:
Social Butterfly Express, LLC has a 24-hour cancellation-refund policy. From the time the initial deposit/purchase has been made until 24 hours later, no penalty will be charged for cancellation or revisions. After 24 hours of initial deposit/purchase ALL PAYMENTS MADE to Social Butterfly Express, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. SBE has contractual agreements with hotels and vendors that do not allow us to obtain any refunds. This allows us to keep our package prices reasonable and allow you to make monthly payments on your travel experience.
Revision Changes to an existing reservation whatever the cause, will incur a $75 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees after 24 hours of initial deposit/purchase. This includes name changes* and occupancy changes.
*Please note that name changes are only allowed on hotel only reservations.

Question: What packages do you have available at this time?

Question: Can I book outside the group and attend group events?
Answer NO! WORC will be hosting some private events that require headcount, so therefore outside booking is not allowed.
Question: Can we add extra nights to packages?
Answer: YES, you can!! Pre and Post extra nights are available. Just send an email to info@socialbutterflyexpress.com for pricing information.
Question: What Airport will I be flying into?
Answer: PUJ International Airport
Question: Can you assist with booking flights?
Answer: Yes, for assistance please contact info@socialbutterflyexpress.com . Please note that Flights must be paid in full at time of booking.
Question: Can Final Payments be extended?
Answer: NO!! Due to contract agreement with the resort, final payment cannot be extended.
Question: Can I add/remove/name change to roommate assignments?
Answer: Yes! Please note that if you add/remove your roommate assignment your pricing does change based on occupancy level. All roommate name changes and occupancy changes must be done no later than March 31, 2024. Any name changes will result in a fee of $75.
Question: Can I bring my children on this trip?
Answer: NO!! This is an Adults Only Resort 18-over.
