You belong here.
You being nourished matters.
You tending your beautiful body, mind and soul is a gift to you, and to everyone in your life.
We invite you to join us to reconnect to nature and source, to your innate creativity, beauty, and peace, waiting to be re-birthed in each season. And to reconnect to the wild and unexplainable magic of gathering in soul space with women to sing, move, celebrate, grieve, and honor this precious life.
Have you read the Red Tent? Women have been retreating together since Biblical times! With time each month to rest, break from busyness of our daily lives and all we hold, and come home to be held by the earth and each other. We believe every woman deserves the time to reconnect to source, to the flow of life force moving through us, to express that in our own unique way. The world needs us in our authentic expression more than ever.
This retreat is a time to refresh, renew, and to soften. Old grooves and patterns (we will be off-grid). To move in new and familiar ways, to receive guidance and inspiration from us, your guides, and from each other. To rewild our souls in nature. How we inhabit our bodies, express our voice, and align our actions with what matters to us.. these are ways we engage with our creativity every day, and what we will have time to reconnect to during this retreat.
More about us, and this retreat: Kayla Diana and I, Julianne Aiello, are teaming up to share our collective gifts, and bring you a nourishing weekend of intentional restoration, inspiration, and wild expression!
Daily Itinerary:
We will begin each day with silent mornings and meditation at 8am.
The retreat center is immersed in an absolutely stunning property of redwoods, with sweet clearings for sunshine, a spa deck and central gathering place, and just 5 minutes from the Yuba, where you can soak in the cleansing river vibes. You will have time in the morning and throughout the day to lounge and enjoy the spa deck.
8:30am We will then move into a movement practice, including yoga, chi gong, and mindful strength (barre inspired) and each morning practice will include chanting, and playing with the voice and the body, yes!
11am - We will enjoy seasonal, beautiful, tasty meals for a simple breakfast, brunch, snack and dinner.
Afternoon - Nature play, make art (we will have supplies), hang by the river.
3:30pm - In the afternoons we will explore signing workshops, tools, techniques, and play together!
6pm - In the evenings we will come into a brief ceremony before dinner, to offer gratitude and reflection, and enjoy dinner together.
7pm - After dinner we will sing some more, around the fire, and bask in the beauty of our voices harmonizing to songs from around the world. You are welcome to bring songs to share with the group.

Eudaimonia is an ancient Greek word (εúδαιμονία) that points to that which brings human beings a deep and true sense of happiness and well-being: the actualization of our inner potential and highest purpose - our individual and collective soul flourishing.
Eudaimonia is a private, enchanted wellness sanctuary on 16 acres of sacred land - the ancestral homelands of the Nisenan Tribe - in Nevada City, California. Perched above the majestic emerald waters of the Yuba River on the edge of the Tahoe National Forest in the Sierra Mountains, Eudaimonia offers an eco-chic setting for reconnection, relaxation, healing, and transformation.
- This will be a group of 15 women.
- I've held many retreats over the years, and the coming together of kind-hearted, creative people has resulted in so many beautiful friendships and circles of friends. If you are looking for more community, this may be perfect for you.
- All meals will be plant-based, gluten and dairy free. Meat and dairy options will be available at some meals.
- If you don't have a car, there will be a spreadsheet where you can ask for a ride. I can't guarantee a ride will be available, and at the same time, we've never had someone book and not be able to find a ride.
- This includes lodging, 6 meals and snacks, all classes, and our coordination of this experience to make it really special for you!!
Bonus -- I have heard many times over that people make really wonderful friends on retreats. Wonderful groups come together, and if you're looking to build community, it's here/ we're here for you.
We are currently setting this up as a weekend long retreat.
If you are able to take an extra day off and you want to join us early, you are welcome to join us on Thursday night for an additional rate.
