About this trip

February is cold. Costa Rica is blissfully warm.

Join yoga teacher and wellness + lifestyle consultant Sasha Nelson for 6 days and 7 nights at Rayos Del Sol just north of Nosara, Costa Rica! Nestled on a hilltop, this gorgeous property is retreat perfection with ocean breezes and a sunset viewing deck.

Expect daily yoga and meditation overlooking the jungle and coastline, workshops to break down more advanced postures and introduce yogic philosophy, delicious homemade meals, and local outdoor excursions.

Yoga and meditation sessions are designed to awaken and inspire curiosity; to invite self-inquiry and discovery. Afternoon workshops will provide tools to take home what you experienced to utilize through the rest of the winter season and beyond.

Lounging on the beach or by the pool, surfing, nature walks, massage, or exploring the nearby town of Playa Guiones are a few of the options for rounding out your experience. And maybe a hand-crafted cocktail or house made hibiscus iced tea by expert bartender Eric…

Last year proved to be nothing short of epic - come share the love, laughter, evening dance parties, and memories that await us in this magical place for round 2!

I went to two yoga retreats organised by Sasha in France last year and they were both amazing. Everything from the location, the food, the welcoming atmosphere and of course the yoga was just perfect. Sasha is a wonderful teacher and took care of me during every session. I learned a lot during the retreats and have great memories. Besides that we laughed a lot, so I can't wait for the next one :)
