Many of you have shared, 'I'm thinking of doing a teacher training but I don't want to teach'. I hear you and I'm listening. In response, I've created a 4 weekend immersion program for those wanting to deepen their practice without having to commit to the time and financials of a teacher training program.
Who this is for:
*Those wanting to deepen their study
*Those wanting more asana awareness
*For those curious about the texts
*For those wanting to learn about the subtle and energetic body
*For those wanting to up-level their practice
*For those seeking clarity and vision of their life
DATES
*4 consecutive weekends (Saturdays 1-5pm Sundays 7-9pm)
Saturdays

3-5pm Philosophy
