This retreat is more than a vacation. It’s a time to slow down, eat well, and connect with old and new friends. It’s a time to let our hair down and feel free to be ourselves and be accepted for who we are. There is so much healing movement on this trip: yoga, dance, strength, hiking, biking, intuitive flows, and lots of dynamic rest. All of these practices help you connect to your intuition and creativity, open your mind and heart, help you grow, transform and awaken you to your higher nature.
We will be joined by the infamous, Emily Phillips, who will lead an island excursion and lead us through one of her fun, smart challenging fitness classes. If you don’t have the pleasure of knowing Emily, you will soon get a dose of her warmth, humor, and inquisitive nature. She pulls the authenticity right out of you and helps you to see how amazing you are.
Our in-house chef, Max Egan, prepares locally and lovingly sourced meals. Max is a local fisherman and we are often treated to his freshest catch. He is a joy in the kitchen and will fill us in on the island gossip. We LOVE him. Meals are meat or fish based with plenty of gluten and dairy free options. Lots of veggies, too.
There will also be plenty of downtime to rest, read, get a massage, or explore the shops and restaurants in the quaint village of Edgartown.
