About this trip

Give yourself the incredible experience of retreating in this magnificent country, and breathing in all of the serenity the natural surroundings offer. Hike active volcanoes, practice yoga along a beautiful natural lake flanked by dormant volcanoes, eat splendidly  nourishing food  grown in the retreat center's hillside garden, spend lazy afternoons  sunbathing in the hammocks scattered within the lush greenery, and  immerse yourself in the vibrant, hospitable culture of those descended  from the ancient Mayans. We will begin and end each day with grounding and enlightening yoga practices tailored to your needs. Imagine reveling in this magical retreat center overlooking gorgeous Lake Atitlan, where each  room is unique and built with optimal relaxation in mind along the lake hillside. Each  cabana hut is equipped with its own hammock (inside and outside), a  private balcony, and is kept impeccably clean. Transport is almost exclusively achieved by  public boat, hailed by waving your arms in the air from our dock; you  can swim the crystal clear and warm lake water, and stargaze at a night  sky lit by millions of twinkling stars. Feel your heart heal and open, connect to nature and the spirit of the lake as you tap into your true hearts desire.

Thank you Ingrid for everything! This retreat was what I needed this year. I loved the accommodation, The itinerary was perfectly timed, loved the people I met. The class on holotropic breathing was completely new to me and led to intense emotional reactions and personal healing in a way I had not expected. It was truly a joyous experience that uplifted me to the path of my inner journey.

Amazing trip to Ingrid Yang's yoga retreat at the Six Senzes Ibiza. Lovingly curated with two sessions of yoga daily, explorations into mental and physical health and longevity. You will meet some amazing individuals and get to know their incredible stories well over this short but packed period of time.!

This was my first and definitely not last yoga retreat with Ingrid and I had wonderful time! Thank you so so much! The resort is situated by Aegean Sea, the grounds are enormous and include several pools, private villas, walking trails, bike paths, huge full service spa and gym, yoga rooms, squash basketball tennis court and several restaurants. The rooms, the service, the hospitality and the food is above and beyond. The cleanliness is exceptional in the rooms and anywhere on the resort grounds. A group of people I was with was delightful and we had such a good time. The organizer, Ingrid, made sure everyday was packed with activities. We explored the spa, the ruins, beach and of course the yoga experience was the icing on a cake! I enjoyed every single session Ingrid introduced me to: vinyasa, restorative yoga sound bath and so much more. She is so sweet and is a wonderful human being and I’m totally down to go to any other retreats she organizes.

This was the most amazing trip I have ever been on. I so appreciated the thought that went into everything and not having to plan it my self. Thank you so much Ingrid for getting me back into yoga and making me take care of myself with this retreat.
