Retreat to the remote coast of northern Nicaragua for 6 nights and 7 days of complete restoration for your mind, body and spirit. Located at Still Salty Escape, where the stunning ocean views and serene environment offer the perfect setting to reset.
In the morning before breakfast, Erin (RYT 500) will guide you through thoughtful yoga classes in the expansive open-air yoga Shala. With breathtaking ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere, you’ll find the perfect environment to focus and deepen your practice. Classes will include meditation, pranayama and plenty of asana, leaving you feeling strong, empowered, and connected with your authentic self. When not in class, indulge in the abundant free time to unwind. Relax by the beach or pool, lounge in a hammock, or embark on an excursion offered by Still Salty Escape. There will be no yoga class on the last morning however optional surf lessons will be available (the waves are perfect for beginners).
There are four cabanas where you will reside, with a private pool right in the middle, just steps away from the ocean. Each day, three nutritious, local, vegetarian meals are provided with the option of additional snacks in between. Throughout the retreat, Erin will be available to answer any questions and ensure you have the best experience possible. This retreat is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, inspired, and deeply connected with yourself. Whether you are newer to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Erin’s retreat promises to be a transformative experience. Reserve your spot today and embark on a journey of restoration and self-discovery in tranquil northern Nicaragua.
Erin’s yoga journey began when she was 24 and about to graduate from the Kansas City Art Institute. This newfound practice showed her how to slow down and gave her the tools to live a life of purpose and intention. Yoga has profoundly impacted her life on and off the mat: from learning how to develop self trust, move through uncomfortable situations, and most importantly, how to deeply enjoy this time spent in her mind and body.
Erin completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training in 2022 at True Love Yoga in Kansas City, MO with Lauren Leduc and her 300 Hour Teacher Training in 2023 with Kayla Nielson and Jess Mackinzie in El Viejo, Nicaragua. In her classes you can expect a fun and lively Vinyasa flow with a balance of challenge and release. Her drive as a teacher is to encourage students to find joy, play and inspiration in their practice through creative movements and sequencing while creating a safe space for students to feel at home in their bodies.
