Somato-emotional release is a therapeutic process that helps the body and mind to free themselves from residual memories linked to past physical and/or psychological traumatic experience.
These 4 mornings of Dharmi-Yoga facilitate somato-emotional release through movement and breathing.
1. Breathing/pranayamas to release and channel emotions
2. Opening the shoulders, heart and chest
3. The link between the digestive system and emotions, yoga for release
4. Hips and emotional memories
Classes and teachings are adapted to all levels with confidence and kindness.
The course include:
- recorded video-classes
- 1:1 zoom class
- e-book with teachings to support your integration
- quiz and evaluation for certification and accreditation YACEP
The course is taught via Zoom and the recording is available for people who cannot join on that day and time.
