I had a wonderful Journey throughout the Travel with Awaze and the driver Alem! The tribes of the south are absolutely interesting and really worth to be seen! Also the travel through the lakes with beautiful landscapes was really beautiful! Anyway I can warmly recommend Awaze!

Habte is the gentleman I dealt with throughout the planning and tour itself. He was very helpful at all times. However he is a busy man so at times it took a while to get back to me. The tour was the 26-day grand tour and I had been looking forward to visiting Ethiopia for years. The tour began with camping in the Afar region and it was amazing. Then we moved on to Tigray and Axum which were equally amazing. However in Axum I developed a severe arm infection and had to return home for treatment, so I missed most of the true gems of Ethiopia. If I ever go to complete this tour, I will use Awaze again. Ethiopia will blow your mind. Nicest people EVER. And so varied in landscape and cultures.

It was a most interesting experience. I learned a lot about Ethiopian church history. The ancients sites. The culture is most facinating. My guides and drivers were most generous with time and efforts.
