We are a family of 4, with teenagers in the age of 14 and 16. Lulo organized for us a wonderful 3 week trip through Colombia. In the preparation Daniel was very helpful in setting out the various options and trying to find the right mix for our family. What I really appreciated is that he gave candid advice, even when it went against my suggestions. In the end they know the country best. Upon arrival we met our first guide and received the phone from Lulo. This is a great concept; with the travel app and WhatsApp you feel in charge and informed throughout the complete trip. It really easy to contact Lulo, and you get fast response from their team. The guides went from good to really great. The guides and drivers were always punctual, and could address any question we could come up with. Everything went really smooth so we could fully enjoy the experience. I highly recommend Lulo and would book with them again. Colombia is a beautiful place, and 3 weeks is just not enough. Many thanks to Daniel and his team !

Where to start ? .... Difficult, because it was excellent, and all aspects/parts/services/... were excellent. So I will probably repeat myself by saying that this or that aspect was excellent. It all started with my request a couple of months ago - and it was a challenging request / itenarary. But a swift reply followed, detailed information about the different steps of the trip, nothing to add, it was excellent. Their choice of hotels is excellent (I have to find another word) : upmarket, location is good, nothing to add. One of my points was to have an English speaking guide, and they were all English speaken, which is not that evident in Colombia. Their services were .... excellent : on time at hotel or airport, always a smile, open minded, knowledgeable about the area. The transfers between hotel and airport were the best we had in Columbia : not a too small yellow cab, but a white van, very comfortable. In between, via WhatsApp, we had an excellent (again) assistance by the Lulo tripconsultant. Never a hick up, always the correct info or an update on time. And above all, the price is very good value for money. So to conclude : just one worde : excellent and I highly recommend Lulo Columbia. And an advice for Lulo, please follow the path you paved and it will lead to happy customers and your succes !
