The house and chef cannot be beat! And what a wonderful group of women! The leaders were fun and energetic and the atmosphere they created was fitness focused, but we also had plenty of down time to explore and also relax! Highly recommend!

Really great time, wonderful group. Loved that I did not know everyone on the trip. Well organized. Good balance of activity and free time. Delicious food and drink, staff was amazing. Would go again, change nothing!

This was such a great trip! The house was beautiful and the food was wonderful. Exercise classes were well balanced, challenging and fun. The group was full of wonderful individuals who were so much fun to be around and get to know. The planned activities and excursions were also great and we had a fantastic time on the sunset catamaran trip. I would definitely plan to do this trip again! Thanks!!
