This was an amazing retreat in every sense of the word! We gathered at an exquisite small private resort on the sea of Cortez and basked in the gorgeous view of the sea, the sunrise, the stars and the sound of the sea. We had the perfect blend of scheduled time for Ayurvedic teachings and practices and free time for swimming, relaxing and making new friends! The Ayurveda-based meals were an incredible treat made with fresh ingredients and lots of love. I truly just had to show up and everything else was taken care of! This was my first retreat with Julie and it will not be the last! She has truly mastered the art of arranging a thoughtful and inspiring introduction to the Ayurvedic lifestyle.

5 Stars! A truly exceptional retreat experience. The location was perfect and having the resort booked exclusively for our group was so nice. It was like being in our own little cozy cocoon for a handful of days. The yoga and ayurveda workshops were fun, practical and easy to follow. The free time was a perfect balance to the flow of the schedule. The expeditions were fun, and we got to see the little town of Cabo Pulmo. Like Julie said, this is more than just a vacation ❤️
