Dale Morris is a fabulous guide, knowledgable, hard working, diligent and attentive to details. I would definitely travel with him again. Madagascar itself is a challenging location. Everyone on the tour got sick. Travelers should understand that the infrastructure in Madagascar is very basic and in some areas, sanitation can be difficult. The local people are friendly and seem to do their best to provide guests with a positive experience, but in some areas water is scarce which makes dishwashing and other sanitation measures difficult.

The trip was great! The photo guides and particularly the trip leader did an exceptional job! Even with the closures due to avian flu, we were able to see a lot and have great wildlife experiences!

Throughout our extraordinary excursion, we had the privilege of encountering an array of fascinating wildlife up close and personal. Our well-informed guides were constantly vigilant in their search for creatures, enabling us to make the most of our time taking photographs. The crew of the Orion vessel was exceptionally considerate, supportive, and dedicated to ensuring that our voyage was delightful. The cuisine on board was delectable, and the living quarters were both roomy and cozy. We even had the pleasure of meeting other travelers who had previously embarked on this same journey and were returning for a repeat experience. If we ever have the opportunity to revisit Svalbard, we would undoubtedly choose to embark on this same journey.
