It was an incredible weekend of learning and building community. From the coaches, to the space to the materials and knowledge shared, I can't thank everyone enough for their hard work to make the week an unforgettable one. 5-stars all around

I had a wonderful experience with Meditate: School of Sound and Meditation. The instructors were not only knowledgable, but approachable and down to earth. They were encouraging and kind. It was easy to see they LOVED what they did, as practitioners in their own right, but also teaching these skills to others. I have gathered a few more tools, some insights as well as practical protocols to assist in my practices and sessions. The training facility was also very cool, as it was hosted in a remodeled church (now rental home), which was so great as it felt spacious and light! I highly recommend this training! Thank you to Becky, Deb & Tiffany for sharing your expertise!

I had an amazing experience with Meditate school of Mindfulness and Sound Healing! Becky, Tiffany & Deb were awesome instructors who know their stuff and are so passionate about what they’re doing. I’m not someone who can normally sit through hours of instruction but they made it so fun and hands on. I learned a lot and met some amazing people who will be great connections to network with in the future!
