Melba discovered yoga in 2016, finding healing from years of stress and anxiety. The powerful mind-body connection through movement and breath transformed her life, inspiring her to share yoga's benefits with others.
A 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, Melba completed her training at Johns Creek Yoga. She holds additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Melba is also a Reiki Master and facilitates Sacred Women's Circles.
