We had the pleasure to work with Navigo Sports Tours to secure a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Australia as a team. Every single accommodation that was planned by the amazing Navigo staff was PERFECT and it was immediately clear that they thought through every logistical need associated with traveling in a group well in advance and with a lot of careful consideration. We had the benefit of working with Nathan (Nate) and Nicole, who were incredible guides throughout our time in Australia. I was thoroughly impressed with the restaurant/food selections and activities that were built into our perfectly timed itineraries. Both Nate and Nicole were extremely easy to work with and very attentive to our needs; we were all so sad to say our goodbyes by the end of the trip! Fabulous, well-organized trip. I really was impressed with Martin and Javi. They were so knowledgeable and helpful.

Our team had a great time on our trip together! Javi and Shamir were THE BEST tour guides and did such a great job with info, recommendations, and creating a great atmosphere and keeping us on schedule. In particular, our day trips to Girona (including the match we played there) and Montserrat (including the hike which my group loved) were major highlights for all of us. Hotels and selected team meal restaurants were decent, but next time I would love a bit more selection on the menu at the places we ordered in advance. Bus transport was also nice (appreciated that high powered AC on those hot days). Navigo did a truly awesome job working with our group on our payment plans and staying flexible as we kept trying to fundraise more to contribute but we were doing it as we went instead of committing to a certain amount. Their willingness to work with us on that and allowing us to customize the itinerary a bit was top notch customer service. Quick to answer questions and an overall great itinerary and experience on the trip and in the months leading up to it!
