She discovered yoga’s benefits for both the body and mind, leading her to become a 500-hour registered Yoga Alliance instructor. Paradise combines energetic practices like Flow and Vinyasa with calming Yin and Restorative styles, creating well-rounded classes that foster a challenging yet nurturing environment.
