Alex and Amy White curated the most amazing transformation retreat in Costa Rica. Five days of beautiful weather, mouth-watering food sourced from the local farm, mindfulness practices, and adventure excursions—all aimed at helping find balance and clarity. The best part of the retreat is the tribe that is created with the other participants on this journey. Some long-lasting connections are made as a result of this beautiful experience. I would recommend this to anyone who is on the self-discovery journey.
