I loved it very much to travel again with Steffi. Her classes are always ass-kicking, intelligent and fun!

The food was just great and the place offered a calm surrounding including a very clear pond to swim in. They were equipped with most useful things as sun umbrellas etc. The retreat started every day with a refreshing Yoga session and there was bodywork in the evening. That left us with a lot of time to discover the surroundings. We even made trips with the group led by the retreat leaders to special places.

We were a wonderful group and had a great week experiencing Katonah Yoga and Embodiement Classes with our lovely teachers Steffi & Anni.. Cocoon is a beautiful and calm place in the middle of nature. I loved the Peacock family coming to visit our terrace in the morning. The small lake nearby is a very special place to go for a swim, day and night, or a short paddle trip on the SUP. The food was delicious, I really enjoyed the pizza night and also the fish on our last evening.
