The location was absolutely breathtaking and the food was amazing. There was also the perfect balance of rest and relaxation and informative workshops.

I'm extremely grateful for the time I had at this retreat. It was such a warm and inviting energy to be part of. It gave me a chance to reflect but also be proud of me. I laughed and cried but left with a sense of peace and determination to protect that peace. I look forward to traveling again with The Self Care Retreat.
