It was an amazing experience visiting the 'best in the world' education system, an eye opener and always great to network with other Principals and teachers. The city Helsinki was fantastic to start with and Tampere another dream place to be involved with. Thank you to the caring host Christine and Angela who is the mastermind behind all of this along with our Finnish hosts. He mihi nui ki a koutou katoa!

Huge thank you to Tours for Teachers and Learning Scoop for what will be a memorable experience for many years to come. It has been a tour not only of reflection and learning but also gaining new friendships. The balance of the tour was perfect and I throughly enjoyed the lectures then going out to schools and seeing the key principles that are foundation to the Finnish system being implemented. There is so much learnings to take but also importantly coming away we have learnt that our teachers do an amazing job in supporting each learner and stretching their capabilities and developing their skills with less resources and support in the classroom. I would throughly recommend this tour for educators.
