Anahat, Aday García
Founder of InnerTruthAcademy, Spanish psychologist from Gran Canaria, expert in meditation, initiation path in yoga, healing sounds (mantras). He has led multiple international retreats for consciousness awakening since 2011.
Trained in Dynamic and Energetic Yoga, Ayurveda, Shiatsu, Thai massage and healing, also trained in Biogestalt therapy, group dynamics, and art therapy.

Founder of Travesías de Luz, alchemy step by step.
With a Communications degree, worked for companies such as Four Seasons, Festival Internacional Cervantino, and film production in Mexico City. She was a teacher at Universidad Anáhuac. Studied to be a psychotherapist and a Master's in couples therapy. She has written for various media for the past 25 years. She is working on her first novel.
Gabriela has lived in Italy, France, and Spain. She speaks English, French, Italian, and Portuguese.
Her greatest passion has been to travel. Today with "Travesías de Luz:She organizes experiences to magical places in Mexico and the wonderful camino de Santiago with thematic groups: Yoga and spirituality, Literary path, with writers to walk and write, and the Wine route, for gastronomy lovers. All her trips include power walks.
She has Mexican and Spanish nationality, but considers herself a citizen of the world.
She has two children.

Day 1: Exploring Porto
Arrival in Porto
Day 2: Porto
Day 3: A Guarda to Oia (16 km) Strating the walk
Visit Monte Santa Trega. From there, head to Oia, a small coastal town known for its historic monastery by the sea.
Day 4: Oia to Baiona (20 km)
Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Once in Baiona, explore its fortress, old town, and marina.
Day 5: Baiona to Vigo (25 km)
Head towards Vigo, passing by picturesque beaches and small villages. In Vigo, take the opportunity to try the local cuisine, especially the oysters from the A Pedra market.
Day 6: Vigo to Redondela (15 km)
Enjoy the peacefulness of the trail. Redondela is known for its viaducts and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a restful stop.
Day 7: Redondela to Pontevedra (20 km)
Stay in the pedestrianized old town. Visit Plaza de la Herrería and the Church of the Pilgrim Virgin.
Day 8: Pontevedra to Caldas de Reis (22 km)
Relax in the thermal waters, perfect for unwinding.
Day 9: Caldas de Reis to Padrón (19 km)
Known for its peppers and the legend of the Apostle Santiago’s body being transported here. Explore its historic streets and enjoy the atmosphere.
Day 10: Padrón to Teo (12 km)
A small town ideal for resting before the final stretch to Santiago. Enjoy the natural surroundings and tranquility.
Day 11: Teo to Santiago de Compostela (14 km)
Arrive at Plaza del Obradoiro and admire the magnificent cathedral.
Day 12: In Santiago de Compostela
Spend the last day exploring Santiago, visiting the cathedral and wandering through the streets of the old town. Enjoy the culture, gastronomy, and unique ambiance of this city.
