Welcome to a weekend away at the beautiful Rancho Nopales Joshua Tree oasis with your hosts Lauren Bielenberg and Lauren Fields! This weekend getaway will nourish your entire being with fresh home cooked meals, daily yoga classes, individual bodywork, a hike in Joshua Tree, and free time to lounge by the pool with a cocktail or mocktail, soak in the hot tub, cozy up on an outdoor cushion or inside in a spacious house with AC.
About Lauren Bielenberg: Lauren is a movement practitioner with her range of expertise of personal training, private yoga, working with individuals in larger bodies, spinal movement, assisted stretching, and developing movement programs for individuals wanting ongoing support. Lauren uses a HAES (Health At Every Size) approach, trauma-informed language, and empowers individuals to reconnect with their bodies by combining strength and stretching, as well as play.
Having lead a handful of retreats already, Lauren has provided home cooked meals that can easily accommodate dietary needs. She believes food is a method of connection and nourishment.
About Lauren Fields: Lauren has been providing private yoga and bodywork full-time for the last 10 years. She has expertise using elements of Gua Sha, assisted stretching, structural integration, and customized bodywork per individual's needs. Lauren owns a mobile yoga studio in Portland, OR.
We cannot wait to host you for a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend at the Mojave Desert!

Are you ready to retreat in full luxury mode? This room includes one king bed and a private en suite bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.
We have one king bedroom left, priced at $4,500 for double occupancy. If you’d like to share the room with a friend and split the cost, you’re welcome to do so, but please note that you’ll need to arrange the payment between yourselves, as our website does not offer a cost-splitting option. The total payment of $4,500 will need to be made in one transaction.
