Lauren, a movement practitioner, w/ranges of expertise of personal training, yoga, spinal movement, assisted stretching, and developing movement programs for those wanting ongoing support. Lauren uses a HAES (Health At Every Size)approach, trauma-informed language, and empowers individuals to reconnect w/their bodies by combining strength, stretching, and play. Lauren provides home cooked meals that can easily accommodate dietary needs. She believes food is a method of connection and nourishment.
