Learn more about the legendary goddess Tanit and how she protects this island and guides those who are ready to surrender. Recharge yourself from the (y)inside out through the connection with the different elements of Her raw nature, soften back into the present moment and feel the wisdom of your body rejuvenating.

Add a little extra to your Meditation Hike journey with an outdoor yoga experience in a secret spot of Ibiza's wild nature.
The yoga style will be accessible to all levels and a yin/yang combination: we will start with a mindful slow flow to warm up and strengthen the body, followed by more meditative yin yoga poses with long passive holds to nourish the energy meridians in your body and to relax and rejuvenate your system.
Bring your own mat or rent one of ours.

Kirsten will explain the concept of energy meridian lines in Chinese Medicine and how to boost your organ health from a natural, holistic perspective with calming yin yoga poses. After the session every participant receives a guided intuitive card reading.
