Join Nena and Gaby for a 5-day Yoga Retreat at Playa Viva in Zihuatanejo, Mexico. This experience is about awakening your higher self and reconnecting to what is elemental—within us and beyond us.
By focusing the mind, moving the body, and controlling the breath you will learn and experience yoga as a lifestyle. Leave your mat with a new vision, a new flow, and a new perspective.
What you will experience
Yoga: Nena and Gaby's energizing vinyasa flows are intentionally curated to give you more time to connect and build strength and spirit. We will have two daily practices.
Nourishment: All meals during the retreat will be traditional Mexican cuisine, curated to be gluten-free, dairy-free, refined-sugar free and sourced from local farms.
Community: We believe the most regenerative experience can happen in community. From morning practices to beach bonfires, we’ll journey together.
The retreat includes:
- Five-day, four-night wellness retreat at Playa Viva Hotel
- Accommodations, daily meals and snacks
- Access to all program activities, yoga classes, local workshops, and more.
- Complimentary welcome wellness kit.
Spots are limited to keep the experience intimate.
Because the experience is a communal one that includes indoor activities, we are requiring all guests to show proof of vaccination for COVID-19. Please be ready to provide this at registration.

Nena and Gaby, alongside our wellness team of experts have crafted a relaxing and renewing balanced program. They will guide you through powerful practices and moving meditation flows focused on reconnecting to your most authentic self. Each day will include two yoga practices, healthy and sustainable meals, and time at leisure time to enjoy Playa Viva's extensive services and amenities. The retreat also includes three outdoor activities to enhance your stay and lifestyle.

Cancellation Policy
‘One&Well’ does not offer refunds for the deposit for any reason.
If you should need to cancel prior to the March 11th, 2022 payment deadline, you will not be responsible for the remainder of your payment.
COVID PRECAUTIONS
We understand that this is a sensitive time in the world and we will make an exception to the cancellation policy below for anyone who tests positive for COVID-19. A doctor’s note or proof of a positive test must be provided to receive a full payment refund before the start date of the retreat.
The safety of our retreaters, team, and venue partners is of the utmost importance to us; below are the precautions we are taking:
Pre-Arrival
- Because It's a Lifestyle retreat is a communal one that includes indoor activities, we are requiring all participants to show proof of vaccination for COVID-19. Please be ready to provide this at registration.
- We ask that you provide a negative PCR Covid test within 3 days prior of arrival.
- You can review the CDC Guidelines during International Covid 19.
Pre and Post-Departure
- We will have testing provided on site so that you will have the proper documentation ready for your return flight back to the states.

The Deluxe Suite is a spacious room with two single beds. Deluxe Suites are part of a 4-Bedroom Casita (one larger structure) consisting of two Deluxe Suites each with an adjoining Studio. Deluxe Suites have a private bath and share a large balcony with the other Deluxe Suite that serves as a large outdoor living room. Deluxe Suites have an unobstructed ocean view.

The Treehouse is suspended in palm trees as living “piers” raised 6 feet above the ground. This accommodation has two floors, each floor is outfitted with two twin beds. There is one private, ensuite bathroom, unobstructed ocean view and small lounge area with an in-floor hammock.
