Welcome friends! My annual PNW retreat is here and I could not be more excited! I am pleased to host another weekend amongst the beautiful scenery that Mount Hood and the Sandy River have to offer.
This weekend will be filled with delicious home cooked meals, daily yoga, individual mini- acupuncture session, free time to rest, soak in the hot tub, explore nature, and share time in community.
About Lauren Bielenberg: Lauren is a movement practitioner with her range of expertise of personal training, private yoga, spinal movement, assisted stretching, and developing movement programs for individuals wanting ongoing support. Lauren uses a HAES (Health At Every Size) approach, trauma-informed language, and empowers individuals to reconnect with their bodies by combining strength and stretching, as well as play.
Having led a handful of retreats already, Lauren has provided home cooked meals that can easily accommodate dietary needs. She believes food is a method of connection and nourishment.
This communal room includes up to 6 individuals plus a shared bathroom.
*This room could hold up to 8, however for more space I will not book beyond 4-6.
