We kick off every morning with a Soul Circle and a All-Levels yoga class. 

It is always reminded that you can participate with zero yoga experience all the way up to being a yoga teacher.

After yoga we will all gather for a delicious breakfast. 

Today we will visit a Water Temple. This is a very spiritual experience and one that can crack your heart open. 

We will return in the afternoon where you are free for lunch and any afternoon activities. 

Tonight we will experience a beautiful cultural dinner in the village we are located in. During this dinner we will visit a Balinese traditional home, learn how to make offerings, 

Our morning flow will remain the same through the week. 

Morning Soul Circle, All-Levels Yoga, Buffet breakfast.

On Day 3 we are taking you to the ocean. This will be an all-day excursion together. We will return late afternoon and end with a group dinner. 

After our morning flow we will depart late morning to visit Bumi Sehat Birthing Clinic. 

Michael and Sara have been supporting this birthing clinic since 2007. 

In Indonesia, the maternal mortality rate is 126 per 100,000 live births, with infant mortality at 22.7 per 1,000 births.

Bumi Sehat Foundation International’s mission is to reduce maternal and child morbidity and mortality and to support the health and wise development of communities. Toward this goal, we provide general health services, emergency care, prenatal, postpartum and birth services and breastfeeding support; in addition, healthcare and youth education, environmental and disaster relief programs.

About 1 month in advance we will provide you with a list of items Bumi Sehat may need as donations that you can bring with you. If Robin is available she will come speak to our group and answer any questions as we learn more about their work. 

The afternoon you can choose to visit Ubud or relax at Soulshine. 

Today you can choose to go rafting (additional charge), hanging at Soulshine, or the Soulshine team can help you add any other excursion to your day. 

We will start our day in our morning flow and then you have the entire day to choose your desired activities, or pamper yourself with full-day spa treatments. 

It's your last full day with us together. You have your choice of activities. 

Soulshine Bali provides rice field walks and cooking classes. 

Another opportunity to Indulge in famous Bali spa treatments. 

We gather for our farewell dinner, white party and fire ceremoy. 

We will have a shorter soul circle and yoga class today.
