Experience Bali with Michael Franti and Sara Agah Franti on their Soulrocker Music, Yoga & Fitness Retreat here at their beautiful resort Soulshine.

They will host you on a week long adventure that will be a mix of mindfulness and absolute fun. You will have the opportunity to relax, dance, celebrate life, connect with others and hit the reset button all while hanging with Michael and Sara.

TERMS & CONDITIONS (please read)

Soulrocker retreats are non-refundable and exceptions cannot be made. The package is transferable if you would like to sell your package at the value purchased to another individual or change the name on the package.

Refunds will not be issued related to vaccination requirements or any other COVID policies. Indonesia requires double vaccination to enter.

Should the retreat not be able to take place related to COVID travel restrictions, the retreat will be moved and all packages will be transferred to a new date. No refunds will be issued. We only consider the international Indonesian border “open” once there are no quarantine requirements to enter.

If at the time of travel PCR testing is required, the following is our policy. Positive PCR Test will receive a credit for a personal stay valid for 12 months.

If you arrive earlier, no problem. The Soulshine team will store your bags until your room is ready. You can still enjoy all the properties amenities and restaurant while you wait.

At 6pm we will gather for Sunset Cocktails and a group welcome dinner. After dinner we will gather up in the Yoga Shala for our opening circle.

We kick off every morning with a Soul Circle and a All-Levels yoga class.

It is always reminded that you can participate with zero yoga experience all the way up to being a yoga teacher.

After yoga we will all gather for a delicious breakfast.

Today we will visit a Water Temple. This is a very spiritual experience and one that can crack your heart open.

We will return in the afternoon where you are free for lunch and any afternoon activities.

After our morning flow we will depart late morning to visit Bumi Sehat Birthing Clinic.

Michael and Sara have been supporting this birthing clinic since 2007.

In Indonesia, the maternal mortality rate is 126 per 100,000 live births, with infant mortality at 22.7 per 1,000 births.

Bumi Sehat Foundation International’s mission is to reduce maternal and child morbidity and mortality and to support the health and wise development of communities. Toward this goal, we provide general health services, emergency care, prenatal, postpartum and birth services and breastfeeding support; in addition, healthcare and youth education, environmental and disaster relief programs.

About 1 month in advance we will provide you with a list of items Bumi Sehat may need as donations that you can bring with you. If Robin is available she will come speak to our group and answer any questions as we learn more about their work.

The afternoon you can choose to visit Ubud or relax at Soulshine.

Soulshine Bali is amazing! Not enough stars to say how good it is! Food ( I am a chef so appreciate tastes and displays) is fresh and delicious. Beverages are top shelf! Accommodation are wonderful, really comfortable beds, great hot shower! Ambience and artwork goes way beyond description. Staff are extremely professional and go out of their way to be most helpful and kind. The views surrounding Soulshine are filled with ancient rice fields and a vegetable & flower garden. I was looking for a great music and cultural experience. This "retreat" was that and more. Like Gretchen Wilson I was there for the party. So, I ignored the R word part of the trip. But, the retreat part of it was surprisingly fun, challenging and fullfilling. I didn't think I was that guy who would appreciate a "Soul Circle" every morning to start the day. But the new friendships and purposeful pursuit of various wellness topics was fun and revealing. And the party part of the trip was amazing. Having been a Michael Franti fan forever, it was a dream come true to hang out with Michael, get to know some of the Spearheads and learn from the Sara and Jeana. Who knew Yoga could be so challenging AND fun. All of the evenings were a blast, especially the concert nights. Who knew Karoke could be so much fun. I do not do Karoke. Oh yes I do! And I have to mention the cultural excursions and learnings. We planted rice, climbed down into a ravine where one of Michaels music videos was made, took a bike ride in the Bali countryside, visited a coffee plantation, rode one of the most bad ass terrifying white water rapids and lived to tell about it and visited hindu water cleansing temple.

Fantastic stay. Wonderful hosts and amazing team at Soulrocker. Every day was amazing, from yoga to start the day, pure relaxation all day and great entertainment every night. Look forward to returning in the not too distant future

What an amazing, inspired retreat! I would recommend this for everyone! I left my life behind for a week+ and came home refreshed, open-hearted, uplifted and inspired with a whole new set of friends of like-minded individuals that supported me and encouraged me to find and become my best self. Amazing Music, Food and beautiful surroundings made this the perfect trip. Thank You Michael, Sara, Gina and the entire Soulshine staff for a awesome experience. I will definitely be back.

M wife and I have traveled all over the world and I write a lot of review when I’m happy. I can honestly say that I have never paid for a better all around experience than Soulshine Soul Rockers Retreat. I’ve never made that claim in a review before. This was truly an epic lifetime highlight, and we can go back and do it again. We knew there was going to be a lot of live music, and the music experience exceeded our expectations. I knew I was going to have the opportunity to do Yoga each morning and Gina Caputo led classes I was able to participate in, while still challenging my wife who has had a practice for a long time. In only a week, I got better at Yoga and that translates to more mobility and. strength, and less body pain. Im 63 years old. One week with Gina showed me I will benefit greatly from Yoga. The food was amazing, with exceptionally healthy and delicious menu options, as well as other options, all delicious. I believe the resort capacity is only 70 people, and I know they have about 100 employees., this makes for outstanding service. When you factor in the Balinese culture, the result is the MOST friendly and helpful, guest service. By the end of day 2, every staff member was greeting me all day long by my name. Including some I really thought I’d never seen before. The Culture part is they do everything from Love. Always happy, smiling, and in service. We cannot wait to come back.
