This year the we will spend time exploring advanced subtle body techniques in addition to satsang (discussion), asana, pranayama and meditation. Shasta, this location will connect you with the vastness and intimacy of the Infinite. We are primal beings who exist within, not apart from nature. There is nothing like the peacefulness of the Shasta Trinity National forest and the power of the healing springs to center ourselves in the unity of all things.

Lodging, Food, or Transportation. Consider booking early and stay on site at Stewart Mineral Springs. Plenty of lodging off site too including Air BnB. Many retreaters stay in lodging with kitchens, others enjoy restaurants in either the town of Weed or Mt. Shasta. Note: If you choose to stay off site, you will need to pay a $10/day facilities use rate to Stewart Springs. Mineral baths are arranged at the bathhouse at an additional cost.
