This retreat was such a magical experience. The people, food, accommodations, yoga…everything made it so special. Each yoga session was unique and the instructors complemented each other perfectly. I would highly recommend the VE Retreats!!

I recently returned from a transformative one-week yoga retreat at Blue Spirit Yoga Retreat Center in Nosara, Costa Rica, and I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. Led by the incredible Veronique and Erin, the retreat exceeded all of my expectations. The yoga sessions were top-notch, providing both a physical challenge and a spiritual rejuvenation. Veronique and Erin's dedication and expertise were evident in every class, making each practice truly magical. The food was another highlight—delicious, nourishing, and beautifully prepared. Every meal was a delight, adding to the overall sense of well-being and community. What made the week even more special was the amazing group of people from Vero Beach, Florida, that came together. The connections and friendships formed added an extra layer of richness to the retreat. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a rejuvenating and inspiring yoga experience. It was a week of pure bliss and personal growth in a breathtakingly beautiful setting.
