I have been to a few retreats with Temenos Rising and every time, I leave thinking "I need to do this more often!" Irene has a great way of making a gathering feel warm, welcoming and easy. Time with Temenos groups makes me feel connected to myself, to others, and to nature. These retreats are the perfect reset and check in with myself, how I am feeling, and where my energies are being spent. It was wonderful to meet Heather and hope that she will be part of more Temenos offerings in the future. Thank you!

Glorious rainy day well spent at Oxbow tending my Inner Nest with gentle and skilled guides. Workshop instructions were provided in advance of the event. The info was clear and easy to understand. Leaders were gracious and generous in their preparations. The mixture of individual exercises and group sharing made for an enlightened experience. Thank you for making this event happen.

What a wonderful gathering of amazing women! The setting was beautiful with sounds of the ocean and forest and all around, delicious food, and ample opportunity to explore. The facilitated sessions were impactful and nourishing. It was exactly what I needed, and I will definitely be participating again! Highly recommend!!!!
