Join us on this bucket list adventure to Southern Italy! Spend time in the show-stopping Amalfi Coast overlooking the sea! A week filled with yoga, scenic walks, plus a food focused itinerary in the land of mouthwatering cuisine + wine. Complete with a chef's kitchen and sea view pool, this is a not-to-be missed experience.

We recommend flying into Naples-Capodichino International Airport (NAP) or Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO). If you opt for Rome, you'll be responsible for your transportation to either Napoli Centrale Train Station or directly to the villa. The journey from Rome is approximately one hour by train and just over two hours by car. We will arrange transportation from Naples Airport or Napoli Centrale train station to the villa on August 2nd, 2025, and provide return transportation on August 9th, 2025.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm on August 2nd, and check-out time is 10:00 am on August 9th.

NOTE: Flights, gratuities, some meals, additional shuttles, and spending money are not included in the price of your retreat. We recommend setting aside $10 per day per person for the local staff who will be taking care of you at the villa. Gratuities for shuttle drivers, who will transport you to and from various destinations, are suggested at $2-5 per transfer)

We advise purchasing TRAVEL INSURANCE!

Deposit is non refundable. This portion will not be refunded at any point of cancellation.

The returned percentage will be less the amount of the deposit.

Cancellation is required in writing.

If the trip is cancelled prior to November 1st 2025 all payments less the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation November 2nd-March 1st 2025 50% less the deposit will be given.

Cancellation after March 2nd 2025 no refund will be given.

Breathe & Bend reserves the right to cancel your trip anytime due to non-payment.

** If natural disaster prevents the entire retreat from occurring all funds will be valid for a future date.**

A great way to meet new people. The trip was well organized with enough room to explore and do your own thing if needed. Memories were made that will last a lifetime. Would definitely recommend checking out a trip with Breathe & Bend Yoga Retreats, especially if you are hesitant to travel by yourself.

Absolutely LOVE traveling with Trenna and the gang!! The perfect amount of itinerary vs “you” time, and you never feel pressured to do anything you don’t want to. They go to the extreme to make sure you feel welcomed! Third retreat with them and will go again!

I’m not sure where to start- my husband and I have been wanting to go on a retreat for a while now, but the stars were not aligning with our schedules. We finally had the opportunity to go on the paddle boarding adventure retreat, and it was well worth the wait! We had the best time. There was a great mix of people, and everyone meshed so well. We made new friends, and were able to have some time away catching up with friends that lived in the area during our free afternoon/evening. My husband and I had the most relaxing time, and it was a lot of fun connecting with him in a different way with a new experience. He even flew during the Acro Yoga workshop (😂IYKYK)!! Trenna and Katie did a fabulous job of hosting and organizing. Everything was so well balanced. Our room was well worth the price, and the food was delicious. This will not be our last retreat! I went along on the B&B Dominican Treehouse retreat and I am SO happy I went. The place was truly magical, and it was amazing being able to disconnect from every day life, to reconnect with nature. This trip was very well organized and loaded with adventures that you had the opportunity to participate in or you could sit back and do your own thing which is so great to have the option. Any questions I had were quickly answered and everyone involved was so helpful. The planning of the trip was seamless. I experienced so many amazing things while on this trip, that I will never forget. I had one of the best times of my life being able to meet new people and make connections. Everyone on this trip was so warm and welcoming and helpful. I don’t think I will ever meet a better group of people than the ones I met on this trip! Highly recommend going on a retreat with B&B! Plus, they give you great swag bags!

The Dominican Treehouse was my first B&B retreat, and will not be my last! This place was magical! It’s clear that Trenna has a true passion for traveling to special places and put so much thought into making the retreat special for everyone. I am still processing all that this experience has given me and will cherish it forever. Anyone who has the means and desire to do a retreat but nervous to go alone, DO IT! There were a few of us who traveled alone and didn’t know anyone before the trip and I’m sure they feel the same after this retreat with Trenna and her B&B teachers. Thank you for sharing your passion to make this happen!

It’s hard to even find words for how incredible my trip to the Dominican Republic, with Breath and Bend Retreats was. They made it effortless on my end and everything was very organized. It was the perfect mixture of health, healing and relaxation along with FUN and adventure. The itinerary was perfectly planned but you didn’t feel obligated to do any of it if you didn’t want to. The swag bag was the cherry on top and very nice! The vibe from every single person was incredible and everyone was so kind. I went in knowing NO ONE and left feeling like I connected with everyone. I hope I can go on every retreat with them in the future.
