YOGA & WELLNESS RETREAT  (Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica)

Immerse yourself in the exquisite beauty of Manuel Antonio, a magnificent national park along Costa Rica’s Pacific coast. We’ll start our days with a meditation on Casa Española’s top deck overlooking the ocean, focusing our minds and immersing ourselves in the beauty around us. 

We’ll follow that with a morning Pilates/Yoga class to energize and strengthen our bodies before a private chef-prepared brunch. After brunch, the afternoon is free to explore this incredible area, with a host of available activities including hikes, parasailing, horseback riding, zip-lining through the forest, kayaking, guided tours, and much more. You can also relax by the pool, and order a massage or facial!

Brenda, our guest nutritionist, and I will also be available for one-on-one health and nutrition coaching sessions. We will also be holding a group Women's Wellness workshop, as well as a Nutrition workshop to bond and talk freely in a safe environment.

We’ll close out the day with a centering Yin Yoga session, before being treated to yet another gourmet dinner prepared by our private chef.

Manuel Antonio holds a special place in my heart. It was the first beach in Costa Rica I visited with my now-husband in 2005, during our first year of dating! I’m thrilled to return and share its breathtaking beauty with you

1.  Cancellation requests submitted before February 15th (90 days of the retreat date) will be refunded at 50% of the total amount paid to date (less deposit). 

2.  Due to the nature of the booking contract with the Villa, no refunds are possible within 90 days of the start of the retreat, with no exceptions.

3. Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.

No one books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies.  Exceptions will not be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies.  No refunds or credits will be given for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.  

We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance covering trip cancellation and emergency medical situations during your stay. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.  

We reserve the right to cancel retreats with insufficient participant interest, in which case all money paid to With Purpose Retreats and Mandy Torres will be refunded.  Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 60 days prior to the retreat start date.  Mandy Torres cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
