We had a fantastic time after we got through the mishaps with the hotel rooms/ reservations once we arrived at the resort, getting checked in seemed so hectic despite pre booking in advance, the rooms we paid for were not the same presented to most of the group at check in. Some of us felt we were shortchanged a lot despite the amount of money paid. Once the accommodation was sorted, the rest of the trip was amazing, Jamaica is indeed a wonderful place to visit

I embarked on this trip to celebrate a friend’s birthday. I was disappointed from the moment we checked into our room. We booked a room with double beds and was given a room with a single bed. I slept in a couch on the first night as I was not comfortable sharing a bed with my room mate whom I had never met in my whole life prior to the trip. I just couldn’t share a bed with a stranger. It took a whole 24 hours for them to move us to another room that was not cleaned. The new room was FILTHY and had used tissue, several empty wine glasses and bottle, used towels etc. It took another 2 hours for us to be moved to another room and it was close to midnight then. I lost 2 days of good rest and comfort. The public relations and customer service personnel were very INSENSITIVE and never addressed my issue in a timely and proactive way. I was directed from one person to the other and from one office to the other and none showed empathy or resolved our issue as it should have been. I was moved to 3 rooms in less than 48 hours. I will not RECOMMEND or return to your services. I am totally disappointed and had a horrible trip! A total waste of my time and money!!!

Overall, Jamaica was fantastic, but our group faced major issues with the resort. We were a group of ladies from different parts of the country meeting for the first time, and we specifically chose to share rooms without sharing beds. Imagine our surprise when we were placed in rooms with just one bed! The resort struggled to rectify the situation, which was incredibly frustrating. We all wished our travel agent had ensured these types of mistakes wouldn't happen so we could focus on the celebration we had traveled for.
