I showed up excited to learn and grow, but also skeptical of the process. My guard was quickly dropped as the facilitators began the effective sincere work to help each person understand themselves at the pace of their comfort level. I highly recommend this retreat for anyone exhausted from chasing self-help strategies without success. Camp Hideaway was great venue as well!

The trip was excellent; the hosts for the event were knowledgeable and provided worthwhile instruction, the facilities were accommodating, and the food was fantastic.
