En abril 2026 nuestro grupo de La República Checa de 20 personas ha alquilado bus de agencia para traslados del aeropuerto y también para varias excurciónes por Yucatán. Todo ha funcionado a 100%! Agencia muy puntual, seria, con conductores y guia perfectos. Precios buenos. Para mi una experiencia muy buena. El aňo que viene, me contactaré de nuevo con esta agencia. GRACIAS.

We had a great time. The boat was in wonderful condition and the crew took care of everything. They took us to the island for some swimming time, and then suggested a nice spot for lunch. After lunch they took us snorkeling. They had all the equipment and one of the guys went with us to search for fish. I'll be using them again on my next trip to Cancun.

We found Eduardo through Luxury Yachts Cancun Transportation, and he was responsive and thorough from the start. He communicated in English and Spanish, kept everything organized on WhatsApp, and even sent calendar reminders. He confirmed precise drop-off coordinates and verified the bus could handle the winding roads (Was at a Cenote). Our plan was custom, multi-stop with waiting time, and he set clear expectations. There was a brief mix-up at pickup, but it was resolved quickly, and we left on time. Enrique, our driver, was outstanding. Although he only spoke Spanish, we were able to communicate well through phone apps and found him to be safe, courteous, and kept the bus ready. When the bus couldn't go on the smaller roads in Playa Del Carmen to our first stop (a rooftop venue), Enrique got off the bus and personally guided us to the entrance. we were able to leave some wedding gear on the bus for the second leg of the trip and two hours later he was still waiting for us with everything just as it was. He delivered us to the final stop and waited the 6 hours until we were ready to return home. The AC on the bus wasn't as good as we had hoped and it was still a bit warm but still comfortable on the way to the first venue in the 98 degree weather. The bus even had a microphone and Enrique was comfortable with us doing a bit of karaoke on the bus ride home. We felt very safe, and the return was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended, you can trust Eduardo!

Eduardo was very communicative and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Unfortunately we had to cancel our reservation because of the weather. But he did an awesome job staying in contact and letting us know what to expect.

It was amazing day! The crew was awesome! Chef Jessie was wonderful, made a separate dish for my mom who doesn't like cilantro, and the best cerviche my husband has ever had (and he has had a lot!) They let us spend as much time as we wanted at the different spots and were so accomodating! Would love to do it again!
