This was my 3rd beach sound healing with the lovely Shahad. I must say they have become an integral part of my mindfulness routine. I genuinely look forward to this monthly gatherings. I love the energy, the sheer respect and how welcoming our group always feels. There is always so much warmth. But most importantly, Shahad continuously share her very best gifts with us all. I think this is a direct reflection of her alignment with her work. These sound healing sessions are such a treat. The perfect invitation to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with ourselves. I knew I had to sign up, the moment I received the invite in my inbox. (Sidenote: If you haven’t done so already, sign up to Shahad’s newsletter - lots of value and super uplifting ) And as usual, it did not disappoint. Shahad is extremely mindful in everything she does and the beach sound journey is an incredible testament to that. It was beyond magical. So much that I didn’t want it to end :) All this to say these sound healing sessions have quickly become a major highlight in my wellness routine.
