We visited Jordan late April and Early May 2024. We made the decision to arrange the trip in October 2023 and as we wanted to visit a number of places I looked for a local tour guide. I contacted Jordanian Mappers with a request for an airport transfer to Petra, 2 half day trips to Wadi Rum and Dana, transfer back to Amman - 2 half day trips to Um Qais and Casa Amra, and then transfer from Amman to Airport. They replied with an agreed price and secure payment link for an initial deposit and then payment on arrival. A late change forced on us by BA cancelling our flights, meant that some rearrangements were requested and agreed to swiftly. All communications throughout the trip were always quick and answered efficiently. All the trips were started at pre arranged times when we were collected from the hotel - principally by Hisham. The car was clean, water and refreshments were provided and there was even wifi in the car. We were dropped off at the places we wanted to see where Hisham would either arrange a guide or we would wander. Hisham seems to know just about everyone in Jordan and maintains a healthy supply of Twix bars for customers and anyone he seems to see on the way. Hisham is also partial to any kind of Shwarma or cheese filled pastry. There were plenty of stops to take photos en route. Customers may find that the occasional rest stop is arranged at a convenient Bazaar, where you can peruse the local goods. Its not a problem, enjoy it and remember that this is helping the local business community and not multi national Companies. The local guide we met in Dana took us through a walk around the Village and into the Reserve itself, making us tea by a shady tree and feeding us facts about the wildlife diversity in the Reserve. This was all done at our walking pace and we were encouraged to stop and take photos. In Wadi Rum the guide Hossain did a great job driving us around the Desert in a 4 wheel drive. We visited numerous places on an agreed tour. Refreshments were arranged and local knowledge passed on about the area. We were always made to feel welcome and the tour exceeded all of our expectations. Trips started and ended on time and we never felt rushed. We found Jordan to be completely safe and always felt at ease, even though the Region is having issues at the moment. I would recommend Jordanian Mappers and their staff - in particular Hisham as he was our main guide - to anyone wanting to travel to Jordan.

The trip was so organized! I didn't have to bother doing/planning anything. The guides were also helpful and knowledgeable. This trip exceeded my expectations. I will rate them 10/10. I highly recommend Jordanian Mappers to travellers who wants to Explore this amazing country!

We used Jordanian Mappers for transportation from Amman to Wadi Mousa and the return to Amman airport. Driver, Alaadeen, was waiting for us right on time for pickup and was very safe. We made one stop both ways for drinks and toilet. The van was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend them for transportation, it was a great experience.
