A lovely relaxing venue. The organisers were very approachable and the hospitality staff couldn't have helped more. The food was delicious.
The accommodation was clean, warm, spacious and comforting.
All the equipment need for the workshops was provided and of great quality.
My only criticism is for a couple of the workshop leaders to speak a little louder, when in the large open hall spaces. I am hard of hearing (using hearing aids) and couldn't hear some of the instructions / guidance given. It didn't spoil my enjoyment of the sessions, but something to bear in mind at other events.
A great bunch of attendees too :)
This was a truly magical holiday!
Gray guided us through two yoga practices every day, each covering a different chakra. Our small group of 12, included beginner level to more advanced and were aged from early twenties to middle seventies. Gray gave us lots of options which made the yoga very inclusive. I felt my yoga practice had improved over the week. My yoga highlight was to do a headstand!
Matthew prepared us beautifully fresh, colourful and restorative meals, from high quality and fresh local ingredients. We ate mostly vegetarian at the villas and we ate out twice at local tavernas.
Emilie and Greg were our swimming coaches and, again, they made this a very inclusive experience. We swam out into sea caves and had a boat trip where we could swim into secluded coves. The sea was crystal clear and very buoyant; we saw many fish and corals. I particularly enjoyed the boat trip and the 2.5K swim on the last day.
The area we stayed in on Lefkada was quiet, peaceful and very beautiful. There were a handful of local tavernas in walking distance and others a short taxi ride away.
What can I say, surpassed every hope I had. Amazing teaching of yoga and swimming in the most joyous environment and then the luscious food. Lived my best life. Thank you Gray, Mathew, Emile and Greg. Utterly wonderful week. 🥰 Magical
